Terms and Conditions of Booking
Bookings are made and a contract between you and Tranquil Sails comes into effect when we accept a reservation from you. We will accept a reservation when we have confirmed your booking request either in writing by letter or by email and have received a non-refundable 25% deposit, or if otherwise agreed. Debit /Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure the room. The full balance to be paid on the day of arrival at the property via PayPal or by cash.
Cancellations
Any non-refundable booking Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your booking.
Arrival and departure:
Check-in times are between 3pm & 5pm, check-in times outside of those specified must be agreed with Tranquil Sails prior to arrival in order to ensure we are there to greet you and complete your check in. The Check-out time is by 12pm. Special late check–out promotions may vary on these times.
Please note that other residents are in close proximity of this property, so please respect the noise level at all times with no parties or extra persons are allowed on the premises without prior constant for us in advance. In the absence of negligence on our part, as is usual, we accept no liability for injury to the person or damage to property connected with your stay at the Tranquil Sails.
Liability
Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
Non-Smoking policy
We operate a strict non-smoking policy throughout our establishment and request that all guests respect our wishes.
Privacy Policy
Your security and privacy is of paramount important to us. When you use our website, we will not loan, rent or sell to any third parties any personal details that have been passed on to us without explicit prior permission. We fully uphold the letter of the data Protection Act 1998.
Data protection
The Booking Terms apply to Tranquil Sails and are governed by English Law and apply to all Bookings except where we agree in writing other terms.
By making a Booking with Tranquil Sails you are deemed to be accepting these Booking Terms in full.
